Cancellation fees

The hotel is entitled to charge the following cancellation fees if the client cancels his stay reservation in writing, electronically, by phone or fax within the following periods:

  • more than 28 days before starting the stay free of charge,
  • 28 to 15 days before arrival 30% of the accommodation price
  • 14 to 5 days before arrival 50% of the accommodation price,
  • less than 5 days before the start of the stay 100% of the accommodation price.

The client agrees that in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the accommodation fee.
